To support in the national recruitment crisis for social care, Valorum Care Group are trying a new initiative to increase brand awareness and support their recruitment campaign. Valorum Care Group, a national leading provider of Quality Care Services operating in Sheffield, have announced that they will be a sponsor of Sheffield United for their return this season. Their brand and logo will appear in match day programs, along the mid tier at Bramhall Lane and on the big screen for the whole season, including league and cup games. Along with brand appearance Valorum Care Group are also proudly sponsoring Tommy Doyle who is on loan to Sheffield United from Manchester City for the season. As a provider of several care services in the area, Valorum Care Group are dedicated to providing opportunities for the people they support to pursue their passions. Chloé Foster, People Director said “not only do we get to sponsor a local team to support with our recruitment campaign and introduce social care as a career option for people, we are really excited that some of the people we support are keen sports fans and they will be supported to go to some games and receive VIP treatment” Residents in Valorum Care Group services across Yorkshire will be invited to attend matches, be photographed pitchside with a Sheffield player, and receive VIP treatment with a table of ten at two home games this season. Victoria Rhodes, Manager from Mickley Hall say “there is a group of residents who are looking forward to attending the matches and can’t wait to cheer the teams on” Valorum Care Group adopts a person-centred, inclusive approach to care. This latest partnership aims to provide meaningful activities and personalised experiences for the people it supports and create closer community links in the area.
