There are 2 ways to progress in your career:

Move up the ladder into a job with more responsibility – the VCG Academy will support you to develop your skills, knowledge and required qualification using the following tools:
Mandatory training
Service specific training
Care Certificate
Apprenticeships
Internal champions
CHAPs

Move sideways into a different role which could involve working in a different setting or with a different group of people. VCG offers national roles within the following settings:
Residential
Supported Living
Elderly
Nursing
Mental Health
Learning Disability
