Clyde House
Clyde House is a supported living accommodation in Stockport which supports the recovery of residents with complex mental health needs. We have valued staff group who are appropriately trained and committed to life-long learning, to provide 24-hour care based on a person-centred approach.
Our residents are actively encouraged to participate in menu designing and planning. Choice variety and balance is key and resident participation in this process ensures those requirements are met.
The home has a communal lounge, kitchen, and garden for residents to interact and take part in group activities, however some residents prefer our 1 to 1 session. The local shops, transport and leisure facilities are excellent and not far from the home.
