The service has 6 flats, one of which houses the staff/sleep room and communal space. This is a mixed 24hr supported living service where the people being supported have their own self-contained flats as well as a communal hub space within an old, converted chapel in the heart of Chester City Centre.
The service delivers therapeutic support and complex care for vulnerable adults of various abilities and ages, enabling the people to be supported within their home and community.

Mark Breden
Mark is a multi-site manager and has been working for 1st Enable for over 4 years. He joined 1st Enable as a support worker and has progressed to his current role. Mark has had previous experience of supporting families as a volunteer and family mentor and children as a Therapeutic parent in a children’s home. Mark has recently completed his level 5 in leadership and management and has been trained in Timian, PCP (Person Centred Practice), PBS (Positive Behavioural Support) and Forensic support and Autism, as well as a degree in Psychology and Sociology and qualifications in mentoring, life-coaching and NLP (Nero-linguistic Programming).
