Burger Court has been specially adapted as a mental health rehabilitation service.
Burger Court supports adults over the age of 18 years old who live with a mental health diagnosis like psychosis, bipolar disorder, severe depression, personality disorders or complex trauma.
Situated close to Bradford City Centre we are within walking distance of bus routes, train stations, shops, and other leisure facilities.
We may be able to support individuals on an individual basis if they are engaging in alcohol or other substances recovery services.
We can support individuals with a forensic background, but we are not a specialist forensic service.
We work alongside the individual we support to identify strengths and assets in that person’s life, work on goal setting and general wellness, and establish a path away from dependence on services and towards higher levels of independence. We support and respect and celebrate individuality at Burger Court through good person-centred planning and active support to meet goals and needs.
Support staff at Burger Court will support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene. We also support individuals to become more independent with their personal medication where safe to do so. We support individuals at Burger Court to rekindle or maintain support in the wider community and access meaningful and purposeful activities and lives within their local community.
At Burger Court we have good links with the hospitals and the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), as well as CMHTs from other cities (Rochdale, Kirklees, Bolton, Leeds), Mind, local colleges, and drug and alcohol services.
We work in partnership with the individuals we support and the people who are important to them, our support staff, and outside professionals to continually review and develop our support service.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

I lead an experienced, diligent, and motivated team here at Burger Court. We are empathetic and understanding, with a strong dedication to caring for others with a mental health diagnosis.
Since joining the team at Burger Court in June 2020 as the Registered Manager I have seen the dedication of delivering person-centred care to everyone we support, and I ensure this is embedded within the culture of Burger Court.
Everyone who moves into Burger Court will be supported in a person-centred way to help develop their daily life skills.
