Created in April 2018, Carmel Care and Support took poor performing services with significant quality concerns and transformed them into a thriving business. Through hard work and determination, the team improved the standards of care and support to obtain ‘Good’ Ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and developed a successful domiciliary care service in Brixham.
Carmel has solid growth plans and with a strong and skilled management team in place, are set to acquire further businesses across the South West. With a dedicated focus on providing all-inclusive care and support for individuals with a mental health need or learning disability diagnosis, Carmel are striving forward with an impressive reputation amongst their stakeholders and partners.
Esa Reeman is the Chief Executive Officer of Carmel Care and Support, which operates in the South-West, covering Gloucestershire, Devon and Cornwall. Maja Chyll, is the Registered Manager for four supported living services in Gloucestershire, supporting adults who have mental health needs.
In Cornwall, Carolyn Trevaskis oversees Ridgewood, while Jessica Riley manages Ridgewood Lodge. Both services offer support for adults with a learning disability diagnosis or with mental health needs in the Cambourne Area of Cornwall.
Emma Richards manages Sunnycroft and Ashdown in Teignmouth. Becky Foster manages Carmel Care & Support Brixham, which offers care in the community for older adults who wish to remain in their own homes in Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.
