Valorum Care was established in 2018 with a vision to develop services that are supported by passionate, and experienced care teams that are committed to providing quality care and ensure our key values are at the heart of everything we do.  Since then we have grown to become a leading provider of residential and community care, with a service portfolio which extends across the UK.

We celebrate people’s collective differences, as well as their shared strengths and we recognise that your support needs are individual to you. Your needs will form an integral part of your care plan which we will personalise for you.

We never lose sight of all the important things which make you unique, such as activities, hobbies, personal choices and more importantly your loved ones. These details become a valuable guide to us and will ensure we provide a care service which enriches your life.

Who we support

Valorum Care offers a range of services tailored to meet your individual needs, irrespective of which care pathway you are on. You will have the flexibility to transition seamlessly from one service to another determined by the level of care & support you need, provided in the appropriate environment without the need for additional assessment. Our services

Residential Care

Our residential care services are located across the UK. Whilst each location has its own unique environment, they share the same ethos of providing a home-from-home setting for those they we are privileged to support.

All the homes are exceptionally well-maintained, with an offer that includes:

  • Home-cooked food
  • Regular activities
  • Outdoor and indoor communal areas
  • Organised activities and event

Nursing Care

Our nursing home services are all led by Service Managers who hold a registered nursing background and accreditation. This leadership, supported by in-house and external expertise, ensuring residents are always well cared for.

Central to our ethos, is ensuring we focus our support on the individual not their conditino or diagnosis. This is reflected in support planning which matches their ambitions and asprirations, to include rehabilitation support with a view to them being able to return back to their family home.

Specialist Care

Our nursing homes have the staff skills and experience in place to be able to care for individuals with complex conditions, to include those on hospital discharge packages.

This expertise is embedded through recruitment and Continual Professional Development processes and directly supported by onoging investment in the assistive technologies and equipment required in order to meet their care needs.
